Choir practising for the Autumn concert

Hallam Choral Society, formed in 1969, has a membership of more than sixty singers and performs four or five public concerts a year with an eclectic mix of music. Previous works have included Handel’s Messiah, Haydn’s Creation and Faure’s Requiem, concert versions of Gilbert and Sullivan, various folk and part songs, Christmas songs and carols. Concerts are held at various venues around Sheffield.
